Jowar Nuchchu.



Diwali… Hummmm …Diabetics ??... Dipression?? 


The time of Diwali is one of the most festive and beautiful times of the year. Diwali literally means a "Row of Lights." It is a time filled with light and love; a time when Indians all over the world rejoice. Diwali is celebrated on the thirteenth/fourteenth day in the dark half of Kartik (October - November); it is also known as Krishna Chaturdashi. It is the darkest night of the darkest period, yet it is a celebration of light! Diwali is heralded as the triumph of good over evil.

The moment we start preparing sweet dishes for Diwali, few members in our family may not be happy...n when they r not happy how can we b HAPPY??  
  
Oooo.. common friends.. U can solve this problem..Simply cook this ‘Jowar Nuchchu’ for few days.. It’ll help to reduce Sugar level.. N then who’s going to stop them from eating delicious Diwali Sweets made by U ??? Hahahha… 

Jowar Nuchchu.

Jowar is also known as white millet as well as small grains & it contain less sugar .  It is a gluten-free, high-protein, cholesterol-free source of a variety of essential nutrients, including dietary fiber, iron, phosphorus and thiamine.

Ingradients.

1.     Jowar Nuchchu- 1 CUP

2.     Butter milk - 1cup.

3.     Onoin – ¼ cup chopped ( option)

4.     G. chillies- few

5.     Jeera – ¼ tsp

6.     Mustred seeds- ¼ tsp

7.     Turmeric pd – ¼ tsp.

8.     Curry & coriander leaves

9.     Oil for wagar. Salt 2 taste.

Method-

1.Soak Jowar Nuchchu in 1 cup of butter milk for 2 hours.

2. Now make wagar, add curry leaves, Jeera , mustred seeds, turmeric pd,  onion & g. chillies.

3. Add mixture of Nuchchu stir well.

4. Keep check.. else they may farm lumps.

 Serve Hot… It’s very delicious..It’ll help U to reduce weight also..
