Sooji Thalipettu.

Hi friends..
Bored with the same bread n butter breakfast??  Ok.. No problems..

 I would like to share my instant, crispy n healthy Sooji Thalipettu with U .. This goes well with homemade butter, fresh curds, flex / Agasi chateny pudi n amla pickle.
How to make??


Very simple n easy..

This is sufficient to make just 2 thin n crispy Thalipettu .. 


Ingredients
1.Barik Sooji -1 cup; chopped onion ¼ cups,

2.G. chilli 1-2 , jeera-1 tsp, garlic pods few ( option) ,coriander leaves.
3. Salt to taste, curry leaves few.
4. Curds -1/2  cup 





Method- 
 Grind g chillis, jeera n garlic pods in to a fine paste n mix t with Sooji n rest of the ingredients.
Take some portion of this mixture n add lil curds n mix well. Make ball n flatten it on tava. Make sure to apply lil oil b4 flatten on the Tava/ kadayi.
Cook both sides.. & Your  Crispy n healthy Sooji Thalipettu is ready ..

*Never mix whole  curds at a time.
