Mango milk shake





Hello friends..To beat summer heat…here we go …
Mangoes are called “The king of the fruits”. This fruit is one of the most popular, nutritionally rich with unique flavor, fragrance, taste, and heath promoting qualities making it a common ingredient in new functional foods often labeled “super fruits."
Mango fruit is rich in pre-biotic dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals, and poly-phenolic flavonoid antioxidant compounds.
Mango fruit is an excellent source of Vitamin-A and flavonoids like beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, and beta-cryptoxanthin.

   This is very fulfilling and it helps to recharges your body.. Mangos are so sweet and juicy; that’s why they are called king of fruits.

Ingredients
2 medium size Alphonso / any verity mangoes
2 teaspoon of sugar
Pinch of Cardamom pd.
Pinch of saffron (optional)

Dry fruits like - cashew, almond, pistachois to garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. Wash the mangoes and peel them / Chop the mango pulp into small pieces / you can also squeeze them.
  2. Add the mango pulp, Cardamom Pd  into the blender along with milk.
  3. Add the sugar as per your taste and also considering the sweetness of mangoes.
  4. Add saffron.(optional)
  5. You can add ice cubes also at this stage or you can add the ice cubes while serving the mango shake.
  6. Blend everything till smooth.
  7. Add the chopped dry fruits, if you want for garnishing.
  8. And serve the mango shake with few saffron strands for garnish.
  9. You can add Ice cream to make a simple and delicious shake.(optional)

Ingredients:..
1½ cup Totapuri mangoes cubed
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
Cloves- few
Method:
Totapuri/ Neelam Mangoes, chopped into cubes (remove the seed from the centre) & the outer skin

Place the sugar and water in a wok or a saucepan over a medium flame and keep stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. When the sugar dissolves and the syrup starts to simmer, add the mangoes and boil for 10 minutes on a medium low flame. Add cloves. After it cools down, transfer to a clean air-tight container and store in the refrigerator. Can be stored for about 4 weeks...
