Let’s make Curry leaves Cinnamon Tea-
Ingredients-
Curry leaves- 10-15
Lemon juice- 1 tsp.
Honey- 1 tsp.
1 ½ cup of water.
½ tsp. Cinnamon pd.
(option)
Method-
1.
Take 1 ½ cup of water in a
pan add leaves and let it boil till it becomes 1 cup. Close the lid and let the
decoction settle. Now bring down from the stove add honey and later lemon
juice.
2.
Avoid honey if you have
diabetes.
3.
Today I have added ½ tsp.
of cinnamon powder to have more benefits and change the taste.
4.
Cinnamon also helps to shed
out some weight.
Drink in the morning or sip
throughout the day.
