Chigali..
Tamarind Lady at ur service...hhhahaRecipe of Chigali / Ram Laddoo
Tamarind - 200 gms
Jaggry- 150-250 gms
Red Chilli pd- 1 tsp
Hing- 1/2 tsp
Salt 2 taste
Jeera- 1 1/2 tsp
Ghee- 1 tps.
Method-
Powder jaggery
Now mix all ingredients & put in Mixie n grind well.. At d end add 1/2 tsp ghee.
This will form like a ball....
now make small balls & I'm sure by now U have finished 2-3 balls...hahhaha
4 Chigali- Give any shape n stick them 2 Ice cream Stick .....
4 Ram Laddo- Roll these balls in powdered sugar n give a nice coat... ...N u know what 2 do next...hahahah...Enjoy with ur Kids during holidays with Chigali..hahahah
Well if u have Kalbhatta use it..It enhances the taste n it adds traces of IRON .
