These sandwiches are my kids & hubby's favorite snacks. They are ready to have them any time.Easy to make & take out in lunch boxes, picnics & even during get together.The filler is of your choice.
IngredientsBread : 8 slices( any bread)Aloo (potatoes) : 3 to 4 nos.Peas/ Matter : ½ cup. ( Frozen/boiled)Jeera : 1 tea spoonOnions : 1 no. (finely chopped)Green peas : ½ cup-Haldi : 1\2 tea spoonGreen chilies : 3-4Curry leaves : fewGinger garlic paste : 1 tsp.Oil : 1 tspGhee : 1 tspSalt : to taste.Chat masala : ½ tsp.Coriander leaves- 1/ 4 cup (finely chopped)Tomato sauce : as per your requirement.Method –2. Heat oil in a pan, put wagar & add chopped onion, peas, g chilies, rest of the ingredients and potato pieces.3. Mix well, Cook for some time & switch off the flame.4. Now sprinkle Chat masala and chopped coriander leaves.5. Mash the ready sabji.5. Take 2 pieces of bread slices. Spread this sabji mixture on one slice & cover it with another one.6 Melt ghee & apply lightly on the outer sides of both slices to get special AROMA .7. Now put them in a sandwich maker & toast it.Ooooo.. Tasty, spicy , crispy sandwiches are READY…8. Serve them with tomato ketchup..Enjoy friends…
